驻韩国客户经理
工作内容:
1. 维护客情关系,成为eg+公司的沟通桥梁。
2. 发展客户关系,提高业务量。
3. 管理客户、创意机构、媒体机构和在大连的交付中心四者之间的关系。
4. 参加项目谈判,明确客户要求。
5. 收集项目资料和数据,给大连的交付中心明确的项目指示。
6. 解决和管理客户问题。
7. 确保交付的期限和质量,满足客户期望。
8. 向客户提供阶段项目KPI报告。
9. 完善和提高eg+公司的工作流程。
10. 确保服务和产品的质量。
11. 管理与客户计费,解决问题和追逐支付(目标将提供)。
任职要求:
1. 精通韩语,中英文熟练。
2. 本科(含本科)以上学历。
3. 营销/通信/出版等相关领域经验,有实际客户营销相关的工作经验。
4. 3–5年广告行业经验(最好和国际客户或大客户合作过)。
5. 良好的书面和口头展示和沟通技巧。
6. 能够在高压力下工作并满足严格的交付期限。
7. 对细节有极高的关注力。
8. 优秀的人际交往能力,开朗,自信。
Account Artwork Coordinator / Korea
Key Respoibilities:
1. To maintain customer relatio, eg+ become a bridge group.
2. The development of customer relatiohips, increase business volume.
3. Manage customer relatiohips and creative agencies, media organizatio and delivery cente in Dalian between the four.
4. Participate in the project negotiatio, clear customer requirements.
5. Collect items of information and data to the delivery center in Dalian clear project itructio.
6. Problem solving and managing customer.
7. Eure that the duration and quality of delivery to meet customer expectatio.
8. Provide KPI report stage of the project to the customer.
9. eg+ improve and enhance workflow.
10. To eure the quality of services and products.
11. Management and customer billing, to solve problems and chasing payments (Target will provide).
12. Become a key factor for global customer service definition and business development.
Qualificatio:
1. Proficient in Korean, English proficiency.
2. Undergraduate (including undergraduate) or higher.
3. Marketing / Communicatio / Publishing or related experience in the field, KA sales-related working experience.
4. 3-5 year experience in the advertising industry (preferably large custome and international custome or worked).
5. Good written and oral presentation and communication skills.
6. Able to work and meet strict deadlines under high pressure.
7. The attention to detail has a high strength.
8. Excellent interpeonal skills, cheerful, confident.
