售前售后应用工程师 Application Engineer for Pre- and Post-Sales

职位描述：

Baden-Wuerttemberg International (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is a platform of the German State Baden-Wuerttemberg to help German companies to develop business in China. We are currently looking for an Application Engineer for Pre-and Post-Sales. The candidate will work for a German client of ou which is an IT software and coulting firm for business processes in the manufacturing industry and for financial service provide. The position will be based in Nanjing and the candidate will be part of our so-called company pool. It’s a team of Chinese specialists who each represent a different company from the German Southwest to help these companies establish their business in China. Our employees all work in the same office and benefit from the great team atmosphere as well as our professional structure and work environment.

巴符州经济与科技合作（南京）有限公司是德国巴符州政府在中国设立的促进德国企业在中国发展的平台。我们正在招募一名售前售后应用工程师。该公司为一家德国IT软件和咨询机构，旨在为制造业和金融服务商提供先进的解决方案和服务。该岗位工作地点为南京，在巴符州经济与科技合作（南京）有限公司的“公司集合体”框架下办公。“公司集合体”由一群不同领域的专业人士组成，每个人分别担任一家德国西南部巴符州企业的客户代表，帮助其在中国发展业务。

Work description:

1.)Presales-Support

a.Assessment of customer requirements and alignment with our company solution portfolio and technical capabilities

b.Software demotration and presentation of the solutio

c.Creation and delivery of customer- and project-specific presentatio and concepts (proof-of-concept, benchmark)

d.Technical support in quotation phase: scope of work definition, etc.

2.)Postsales-Support

a.Itallation and training of our company solutio

b.Customizing of standard solutio to comply with project-specific environments

c.Project support and project approval

3.)Customer support

a.1st level hotline for chinese custome

b.Reporting of technical issues to Germany (2nd and 3rd level hotline)

4.)Marketing support

a.Support in the organization and execution of sales events (exhibition shows, congresses, …) in China and abroad

b.Support in building market-compliant demo scenarios and use-cases

主要工作内容：

1.售前支持

a.评估客户需求并结合公司解决方案和技术能力。

b.演示公司软件并展示解决方案。

c.制做并提交客户定制和项目定制的方案 (概念验证, benchmark)

d.报价阶段的技术支持：定义工作范围等

2.售后支持

a.公司解决方案的安装和培训

b.通过标准方案的调整适应项目需求环境

c.项目支持和项目批准

3.客户支持

a.为中国客户提供第一级热线服务

b.向德国总部汇报技术问题 (第二、第三级热线服务)

4.市场支持

a.协助各种国内外销售活动的组织与安排 (展会、会议等)

b.支持建立市场相关的演示场景和用例

Qualification:

-Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Production, or in similar technical areas

-Profound English skills

-Experience in / undetanding for automation technology: Robot and machine programming, robotics applicatio

-Basic experiences in software customization (scripting, macro development)

-Pro-aktive working methods, goal-oriented, loyal

-Confident and pleasant appearance

-Inter-cultural competencies

-willingness to travel

-Educational competencies (compreheible teaching and explanation of complex technical issues)
