Provide client servicing and establish high standard of service excellence.

Timely delivery of goods.
及时运送货物
Documentation and records administration from timely respoe to emails enquiries, preparation of quotation acceptance, receiving of goods, conditio check reporting, preparation of work order for operatio, barcode for storage, retrieval and subsequent billing.
文件的管理,及时回邮件答复客户的询问,准备报价,接收货物,货物状态报告,为操作部门下达送货指令,标记仓储货物,制作仓储清单及制作账单
Follow up of goods in-trait and under storage.
跟进货物的仓储
To liaise between Sales and Finance & Accounting to eure proper execution of documents according to Standard Operatio Procedure.
联系销售与财务确保各种文件都是按照标准流程
任职要求:
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing
大专以上学历
Experience in logistic customer service is an added advantage
有物流客服经验加分
Experience in shipping is preferred
有海运客服经验加分
Excellent oral and written communication skills
优秀的口头及书面沟通技巧
Numerate analytical and competent in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel
熟悉office 办公系统及EXCEL
Highly proficient in Data/Information Management skills
熟练的数据信息管理技巧
Able to work under tight timeline
能够承受一定的工作压力
Good team player
很好的团队合作能力
Positive attitude towards work
积极的工作态度
Be good at english (liste written /reading)
擅长英语尤其是听说读写能力
