?Payroll administration - Respoible for all aspects of payroll process for all employees such as inputting of new hires data, calculation of overtime/timecard/monthly expees claim, final salary settlements
?完成薪资、社保、公积金和个调税等核算,薪资按时准确发放,社保、公积金和个调税按时准确缴纳.
?Employee Change Processes - Timely and accurate execution of appraisal form for confirmatio and terminatio of contract. Exit Clearance for employee. Prepare letter of confirmation, acceptance of resignation, for employees.
?负责职称评定、内部调动、解聘、退休、接纳和劳动年检、公积金缴纳的相关手续。
?Employee Recruitment activities/administratio - Prepare Letter of Appointment and administrative duties such as informing IT to create email address for the new employee and broadcast of email on new employee onboard. Conduct new employee orientation.
?办理人事招聘、人才引进、协助各部门进行人员招聘工作,包括招聘流程、面试记录与筛选推荐等. 员工入职手续办理,员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理。
?Leave administration includes maintaining, updating and monitoring of leave records
?请假管理(带薪年假管理和监控)
?Work closely with inter-department to eure all documents are properly collated for timely submission

?Facilities maintenance - Respoible for performing routine company maintenance tasks. Performance of company maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, and air conditioning, plumbing, etc.)
?负责办公用品仓库的维护和企业资产配置(包括办公设备、办公用品)的管理工作,包括清点、维护、登记等(木工,电器,暖气,空调和水管道等)
?Attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
