职位描述:
Purpose & Overall Relevance:
1. Provide support to dedicated FSS in process analysis, continuous improvement, harmonization and reporting, fostering streamlined processes aligned with internal and external requirements
2. Coolidate the Quality Control procedures for dedicated FSS and monitor correct execution
4. Support L6S and Continuous Improvement approach in assisting Process Owne and Manage in their related duties
Key Respoibilities:
1. Apply specialized knowledge and skills in the assigned area, as well as broad knowledge of the functional area, to drive GAP analyses on FSS processes, identifying possible solutio and euring improvements implementation in accordance with business needs and annual project improvement plan
2. Review and support Quality Control Processes, monitor execution of Quality Controls and perform controls independently in accordance with Quality & Continuous Improvement strategy
3. Drive root cause analyses, suggesting the best approach to cope with the identified problem, including contributing to modification of processes with broader defined scope and complexity
4. Process design, development, implementation and communication, including for problems that are complex, non-standard or one of a kind, requiring new or customized solutio
5. Oveee that desktop procedures and flowcharts are maintained and updated in accordance with the expected quality and coistency, and provide guidance to process owne on euring document “library” is properly maintained
6. Support to area Manage on continuous improvement topics of their own area of respoibility in accordance with annual continuous improvement calendar
7. Analyze assigned processes regularly to make suggestio for improvements
8. Coordinate administrative tasks during all phases of the continuous improvement process for assigned projects

Functional Expertise:
1. Good undetanding of traactional accounting processes
Experience:
1. Degree in Finance or similar area
2. 3 yea of work experience in Finance (special focus on reporting, auditing and /or controlling)
