职位描述:
SUMMARY
The Field Service Coordinator will organize the mobilization and demobilization of field employees. Coordinato will update the company databases as appropriate on a daily basis euring accurate employee and job status and financial information. The position will serve as a liaison to the Processing Specialists, Field Operatio, HR and Finance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
-Receives and creates new jobs and employee assignments in company databases
-Updates and maintai company databases with employee, job and financial information
-Interacts with field employees to provide information about job assignments
-Travel Logistics / Reconciliation - Eures travel costs support Granite’s Cost Management objectives (flights, accommodation, vehicle hire)
-Generates and manages multiple reports for business partne as needed
-Assists with development and testing of system modificatio within GSI systems / databases
-Coordinates mobilization and demobilization (travel and logistics) of field employees to eure timely arrival to / from job sites
-Updates employee status in the company database on a daily basis
-Initiates requests / follow up on information in the GE Travel Advisory System (TAS)
-Update and maintain accuracy of pay / cost / bill rates, site information, and project information
-Performs other duties as assigned
Immigration (as required)
-Monito and manages outbound travel via Granite tools
-Initiates cases with outside couel to procure visas / work permits
-Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents
-Fulfills request for Letter of Invitation (as needed)
-Provides guidance to employees and Field Business Ops teams regarding documents, cost & time requirements for visa / work permit applicatio
-Eures all paperwork including applicatio for immigration visas / work permits are completed accurately and in a timely manner
-Tracks visa and work permits progress to keep business partne updated
-Accurately maintai Granite Immigration tools (work queue and work authorization profile page)
-Maintai immigration files for all employees on foreign assignments
-Processes and completes any exit permit or formalities prior to employees leaving the home country for assignment, if applicable

-Excellent customer service and interpeonal skills
-Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi-task, coordinate, plan and assume managerial respoibilities as deemed appropriate by the Supervisor
-Demotrate leadehip ability through decision-making abilities, troubleshooting, problem-solving and teamwork
-Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Three yea relevant work experience in field operatio, customer service or office administration role desired.
