SUMMARY

The Field Engineer executes Steam Turbine erection works, directs and/or supervises the local erection staff for erection tasks of individual components and systems of his discipline without leadehip function. The work is defined and coordinated by a superior technical lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

?Erection schedules, documents and procedures within discipline and assignment

?Expertise and experience to eure performance complies with equipment/ system specificatio

?Prepare erection work with necessary tools and coumables

?Report any non-compliance within discipline to superior

?Assure that equipment, itruments and tools are handled with care

?System walk dow and handove with requirements

?Implement any technical issues associated with Alstom supplied equipment

?Ipection of carried out works and handover equipment within requirements.

?Coordinates with the superior on status of work

?Keeps daily logbook with all relevant information regarding non compliances, work tasks, improvements, delays, working times etc…

?Assures works are proceeded in compliance to the management systems

?Assures Field Service, project and site regulatio are obeyed.

?Promote the interests and image of Granite at all times and behave according to The Spirit and Letter.

?Acting according to defined Environment, Health and Safety itructio, including general and company own rules.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

?Professional training, a mechanical apprenticeship, college education or mechanical field experience for some yea.

?Capacity to handle problems efficiently by being creative and providing fresh iight.

?Ability of high work rate and handling multiple tasks at the same time.

?Effective teamwork and communication skills.

?Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

?Basic English skills.

COMPETENCIES

?Applicants must be willing to travel to different locatio in China and abroad in accordance with job demand

?Work requires willingness to work flexible schedules

?Project management competency is required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

?Five yea relevant work experience in steam turbine field service, and mechanical field experience.

?College degree is required.
