1.Drive the continuous improvement process for parts, products and processes using 8D method and the respective quality methods (5xWhy, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, Poka Yoke, etc.) not only in case of quality problems

2.Support failure analysis of unqualified parts during serial production

3.Measurement of parts and products according to control plan

4.Take charge of quality statistics and analysis (SPC)and prepare and maintain product quality control database

5.Product audits incl. follow up of necessary corrective measures

6.Support new product development and launch in production;

7.Fulfil other tasks deployed by the manager

1.Good knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and VDA 6.3 “Process audit” and VDA 6.5 “Product Audit”

2.Familiar with quality methods and tools like, Familiar with quality tools like, SPC, 5-why ,8D etc.

3.Capability to read and undetand technical drawings, basic knowledge about materials

4.Rich experience in problem solving

5.Good Communication Level; Team oriented;

Intercultural experienced preferred

6.Strong analytical skills
