1. Respoible for searching and defining logistic service provide, making performance evaluation and price negotiation.

2. Material management flow/process design and optimization (receive check; FIFO; repacking)

3. Warehouse structure and deployment

4. Stock management in warehouses

5. Logistics flow and cost optimization

6. SAP system logistics function development (WM, kanban …)

7. 5S management;

8. Define and coordinate internal logistic flow with related departments and external logistic flow with custome.

9. Cooperate with logistic service provider and drive them to be adapt to our development

10. Evaluate and train warehouse staff

11. Participate in continues improvement project of the company and department
