Specific Duties and Respoibilities

Day-to-day administration and support of the game studio develope and other key studio roles

Managing all developer support incidents, including communication with local or remote Corporate IT and Raveoft IT resources

Working with management and development teams to eure that supportability of systems is always included within releases and regulatory and/or compliance requirements are adhered to

Build, deploy and administer game development serve: physical/virtual

Eures and participates in 24/7 IT coverage for the studio development environment and applicatio

Active administration of the studio’s game development serve

Provide respoible, timely, detailed status of progress and expectatio

Drive to change and cotantly improve the service that is delivered to the studio with minimum disruption to the studio and develope

Conduct day-to-day maintenance; including backups, upgrades, patching, etc… of core studio development hardware and software

Proactively resolve technical, capacity and security issues

Manage development asset tracking, ordering, and documentation and align with Corporate IT where applicable

Research, recommend and implement new technologies that directly benefit the studio and development team

Adhere to all company standards; align with Corporate IT and Raveoft IT

Provide developer desktop support, specifically for development applicatio or functio and create/develop all supporting documentation

Anticipate, forecast, plan and roll-out upgrades to key development systems in alignment with studio, Corporate IT, and Raveoft IT resources

Work with all types of people and ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of individuals

Required Skills

Minimum 3-5 yea hands-on management experience or experience in a leadehip position within an IT organization

Minimum of 4 yea information systems experience in an IT engineering role, infrastructure, technical support, and/or IT project coordination environment

Professional Experience in the implementation, management and administration of development systems tools and processes including but not limited to: Visual Studio, Adobe and Perforce Veion Control Software

Professional experience in accelerated file trafer solutio like Aspera and Signiant

Professional experience setting up and administering Unix, Linux, and Windows systems

General knowledge and experience with network technologies and concepts

Solid undetanding of security policies across the developer stack (workstation, server and network)

Significant experience supporting and administering operating systems and hardware: Windows, Mac, Unix and Linux

Demotrated undetanding of storage technology including SAN, RAID, data backup and archival processes and policies

Technically minded and undetands a wide range of system platforms

Proven supervisory, leadehip and training skills

Ability to work in a multi-lingual/cultural environment; proficiency in spokewritten Mandarin and English languages

Ability to produce and roll out processes and tools in order to improve infrastructure effectiveness

Analytical skills to assist in the resolution of complex issues that may be time seitive

Ability to leverage experience from different IT groups to deliver value-add solutio

Strong project management capabilities

Ability to estimate effort to complete tasks

Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and manage activities

Experience with multiple technologies and design techniques

Excellent oral/written communication and organization skills

Hands-on experience in multiple systems/application platforms

Passion for video games

Preferred Skills

Bachelo degree in MIS, CS or equivalent professional experience

Preferred minimum 7 yea professional experience in Coumer Products, Software, Media, or Entertainment industries

Industry and/or professional certificatio a plus

Deep intellectual curiosity with a desire to solve problems and learn new things
