职位描述：
工作职责以及招聘要求：
-Car interior design, especially be good at seat/IP / Door panel component parts.
-Respoible for full development from concept ideas to final completion.
-Clear passion for car design but open to other design related field.
-To work with project leader, engineering team.
-At least 3 yea experience in interior car-design.
-Knowledge of seat or IP or Door panel full development from concept ideas to final completion.
-Good knowledge of GD&T and dimeion chain，experience of tolerance printed out.
-Bachelor degree in product design.
-Familiar with CATIAV5 or UG or Pro-e, auto CAD, office.
-Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
-Problem-solving skills and Strong ability to propose new alternative solution.
-Self-motivated and proactive.
-Team player and flexible.
-Can work under pressure.
-至少三年以上的汽车内饰设计经验,主要是座椅/仪表板/门板等组成部分
-汽车、机械或车辆工程等相关专业本科以上学历
-负责配件的最初设计到完成.
-了解内饰件其他相关领域设计
-适应团队工作的模式
-熟悉座椅/仪表板/门板的设计规范和流程，沟通能力强;
-熟悉尺寸链和GD&T，有相关出图经验者优先考虑
-悉CATIA V5、UG、Pro E等三维设计软件，熟练使用CAD等二维软件
-熟练的英语听说读写能力
-解决问题以及提出解决方案的能力
- 积极主动有前瞻性
- 可承担一定的工作压力
