Respoibilities:

1.Generate design concepts and produce conforming desig, paramete and calculatio (provided by a project engineer or lead engineer);

2. Develop feasible desig, coidering available manufacturing processes;

3. Proficient in CATIA, UG and other 3D design software;

4. Good knowledge of autoform, dynaform, CAE analysis software;

5.Good knowledge of mold structure design, CAE forming defects analysis and solving;

6.Perform engineering calculatio for mass, strength and mechanical performance;

7. Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents;

8.Provide alternative design solutio accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendatio;

9. Iure the accuracy of Designe' and Detaile' work and check the output;

10. Lead all design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies;

11.Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements and apply as required;

12.Eure that desig comply with government and customer specificatio and regulatio.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering;

2. 3-6 yea Experience in in automotive interior products design;

3. Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods;

4. Familiar with primary manufacturing methods;

5. Basic injection, foaming, slush process knowledge;

6. Good command of Catia V5;

7. Team player with strong communication skills;

8. Good english communication skills.

8．提供可供选择的设计方案以及分析、支持信息和建议；

9．确保设计师和设计人员的工作精确度并检查输出的结果；

10．指导所有的设计缺陷模式，进行后果分析（FMEA）研究；

11．维护特定客户的计算机辅助设计（CAD）数据完整性，并按要求提出申请；

12．确保设计符合政府和客户的规范和规定。

任职要求：

1．工程专业学士学位；

2．3-6年汽车内饰产品设计工作经验；

3．熟悉程序标准、工具和方法；

4．熟悉主要生产方法；

5．注塑、发泡、搪塑工艺的基础知识；

6.. 熟练使用CATIA V5；

7．具有较强的沟通能力；

8．良好的英语沟通能力。
