Professional abilities:
?Ability to manage a team in order to achieve the targets and have a strategic vision of his /her work scope, discretion, confidentiality, discipline, see of corporate respoibility are essential qualities,
?Good listening skills, peuasive, relatiohip skills, interpeonal skills, analytical and concise, autonomous
?Proficient user of Microsoft office,
?Fluency in English, one or more foreign languages being a plus.
Technical knowledge:
?Must have good technical undetanding, technical skills being a plus.
?Must have a real economic approach to the job.
?Expertise in purchasing techniques (coultation, negotiation, business follow-up…).
?Good knowledge of current regulatio.
?Must have a compreheive knowledge of the various specialities included in the “Purchasing Management” process (project, quality, logistics, accounting).
?Must have a general knowledge of different aspects of a business (management, contract management, legal, manufacturing, etc…) in regards to supplier relatio.
MAIN MISSIO:
?Manages a team,
?Manages KPIs and reports to his /her immediate Manager,
?Implements continuous improvement pla for purchasing
?Participates in improving the functioning of the Purchasing Department by proposing ways to improve operating methods and procedures,
?Is a key actor for strategic proposals within the framework of function
?Deploys the policy adopted by his /her superio,
?Acts as a support for his/ her team on important matte and takes position
?Reports expected results to his /her hierarchy according to the procedures set by the Group, compares these results to objectives and sets action pla if needed
?Eures the best economic performance
?Informs supplie on our Quality and Environmental policies
?Must apply all Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and operating itructio within the framework of operatio linked to his/her job and the rules defined by the Group.
