Qualificatio and Experience:

Level bachelor of Science or higher degree in Engineering business management with equivalent experience in commodity with Minimum 8-yea experience in Engineering within the Automotive Supply industry

Professional abilities:

?Experience with automotive systems, products, and programs

?Sales and commercial management and marketing knowledge

?Knowledge of cost accounting principles

?Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project

?Able to speak a foreign language ( English, French, German ) according to the need.

?Good level of written & oral expression

Technical Knowledge:

?High Technical Knowledge of the materials, product and processes of the Division he has to deal with,

?Able to read Technical Drawing, functional analysis

Technical Product referent of the product line, he assists the sales teams in the development of new business from advance phase until project Kick Off. He helps to create the good communication between Customer, Sales, the Product Line, Costing and MGIC plants.

?Under sales teams coordination, develop new business opportunities through existing or new custome (technical promotion of the MGI Coutier products lines)

?Serve as a key customer contact for new business and new product development activities including (but not limited to) Material Validation, Product Design, Process Definition, Timing

?Participates to product strategy for new global markets and programs

?Assist Product Line Director / Manager in strategic growth of commodity

?Realize technical competition analysis / benchmarking

?Supporte the creation, maintenance and improvement of the Design Guidelines of new products.

?Can be involved in cost reduction activities.

?Is respoible for implementing the overall procedures and operating itructio relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment, within the assigned area of respoibility and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
