Job Description:

1.The purpose for this job is to solve the problem at customer application and provide professional suggestio to improve our product quality and reduce such kind of problem

2.Co-work with supplier and internal Lab/FAE/PE or 3rd party lab to do failure analysis

3.Provide improvement plan for customer complaint base on analysis result

4.Manage customer complain case status and prepare CCAR report

5.Manage routine reliability monitor at supplier site, and provide analysis when fail

6.Support other team membe’ work

Job requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering field;

2.Well known about the theory of digital and analog circuit.

3.Known about QA basic knowledge and mindset, such as ISO standard, 8D, zero defects…

4.At least six yea working experience in semiconductor industry;

5.Foundry background is required, and foundry product engineer is preferred.

6.Well know about FA equipment and methods (X-ray, Microscope, Cross section, SEM, SAT…)

7.Well know about reliability monitor flow and requirements (Pre-con, TCT, HAST, HTST…)

8.Excellent English language and communication;

9.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/Power point) and IT systems (Windows/IE);

10.SMT and IC application knowledge is a plus

11.Open hort and ATE test knowledge is a plus

12.Knowledge and experience with automotive standards and methods is a plus;
