Job Description:-

？Direct interface with and on-site hands-on support for assembly & test contract manufacture on technical and quality issues

？Leads and provides technical support in the execution of new product introduction projects from production Qual to volume production (including testing hardware &software developing, buy off)

？Drives test yield improvement and test cost reduction for new and mature products

？Supports the introduction of new tester platforms or new manufacturing technology

Required Skills and Experience:

？BS Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

？5+ yea’ experience in ATE test development for Analog and Mixed Signal products.(Power management, interface product is preferred)

？Experience in designing or modifying all necessary ATE test hardware from layout to fabrication and debug.

？Experience in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) is required. ASL1K, Eagle E364, Acco 8200 experience is a plus.

？Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with cross function teams

？Strong project management skills and able to work independently
