A professional and motivated peon to conduct labor compliance assessments in China.
The primary respoibilities wouldinclude the following: 此岗位为专业社会责任评审员,主要工作职责包括:
Undertake labor compliance assessments in a factory setting to determine compliance with local laws and specific
client expectatio; 根据国外客户要求去供应链工厂进行合规,合法性评审工作。
Provide compreheive reports according to Elevate (formelry Levelworks ) and client protocols and timelines;
按照客户和公司的标准及时间要求完成和提交综合性评审报告
Maintain knowledge of Elevate (formerly Levelworks) labor compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
维护,完善和更新公司社会责任审核的程序及其参照的相关法律法规文库
Other assignments as needed

Qualificatio:资格要求:
High level of integrity and honesty; 高度的诚实和廉正
Relevant educational background or 1+ year of relevant industry experience;
相关的教育学科背景如(法律,哲学,管理,社会学,劳动保障,环境工程等学科)或1年以上同行业工作背景。
Fluent in local language(s) (written and spoken); 良好的英文能力,读写优秀。
Proficiency in written English (includes exam);
Good attitude, strong presentation skills, and high degree of maturity;成熟稳重,良好的工作态度及表现能力
Ability to work independently; 能独立开展评审工作
Ability to undertake exteive local travel. 能适应频繁出差
Can pass CSR auditor qualifcaiton assessement within time frame
能在规定的时间范围内通过审核员的资格评审
Location: 工作地点
Base in Hangzhou and short travel around China frequently , 固定办公地点在杭州, 在全国范围内短期频繁出差。
Compeation:工资报酬
Based on experience & background. Compeation will include incentives for business relatiohip growth (bonus, etc.), full
benefits, and a salary based on candidate experience and background.
具体薪水依据应征者个人经验背景而定,公司提供除基本工资以外的出差补贴,按服务期限比例发放的第13个月薪水和1 到2 个月工资的年度奖金以及一年10到15天的带薪年休假。一经录用即提供系统的工作培训以掌握相关工作程序和要求。
