Overview

KPMG Innovative Startup Centre (ZGC Office) locates in China’s Silicon Valley. It is one of the key components designated by KPMG’s Global Innovation Strategy and a critical innovation joint along with United Kingdom, United States, Germany, and Israel. The centre adopts an O2O model to offer online and offline services to help rapidly growing tech companies with business model optimization, fundraising, market expaion, and operational support. The centre will be in sync with the global innovation trends, and become a connecting bridge between China and the West and a display window of China’s innovation and entrepreneuhip.

Startup Advisory team is cotantly involved in providing coulting services and assistance to startups, investo and corporates. We provide an excellent and unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of startups across TMT industry. Also, you’ll have a chance to work with a highly motivated team of skilled and experienced specialists within the centre.

Respoibilities

Business data collected on a variety of data sources for in-depth diagnosis of portfolio analysis, mining, in-depth analysis and modelling;

【岗位职责】

1、负责业务数据收集整理，对多种数据源的进行深度诊断性组合分析、挖掘、深度分析和建模；；

2、负责与业务部门沟通需求，产品设计；

3、参与模型团队建设。

Qualification

1, Software, statistics, mathematics, information technology, undergraduate and above more than three yea of relevant work experience, Master priority

2, skilled use MATLIB / R, SQL, python / java for analysis;

3, a large data analysis experience the best (mahout, spark);

4, good seitivity of the data, the results from the massive amounts of data to extract core; there is a wealth of data analysis, mining, cleaning and modelling experience

5, skilled independent write business data analysis reports, timely detection and analysis which implies changes and problems.

6, have good communication skills and teamwork, independent research project experience.

【任职资格】

1、计算机、统计、数学、信息技术本科及以上学历三年以上相关工作经历，硕士优先考虑

2、熟练运用MATLIB/R、SQL、pythojava 进行分析；

3、有大数据分析经验最好（mahout、spark）；

4、良好的数据敏感度,能从海量数据提炼核心结果；有丰富的数据分析、挖掘、清洗和建模的经验

5、熟练独立编写商业数据分析报告，及时发现和分析其中隐含的变化和问题。

6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神，有独立开展研究项目经验。
