Our Corporate Tax team is cotantly involved in providing tax advisory services for corporate restructuring and merge and acquisitio, advising on tax efficient investment structures and conducting tax due diligence. We also help organisatio deal with the costs and opportunities arising from the introduction of China’s latest tax policy, including advising on tax planning strategies, tax implicatio on China investments and tax incentives under the new law.

Our people are allocated to specific client teams on a project by project basis, taking into account the level of experience required, the development needs and availability. We provide services to a divee client base in different industries, and cover a wide range of taxes from income tax and turnover taxes to property taxes.

Respoibilities

- You will use your proven technical ability and utilise your client relatiohip skills to win and develop new business

- Develop and implement innovative ways to approach client needs - use research into client businesses (the issues they face, the state of markets, key developments) to initiate new service and product offerings to clients

- Undertake business development activities and market tax services to clients and non-clients

- Keep abreast of new technical developments and solutio, and confidently market these applicatio to both clients and Partne

- You will be respoible for managing a group of people

- Delegate works to membe of multiple teams, euring follow up strategies are in place

Experience

- A degree in Accounting / Finance or any other business related discipline and ideally a professional qualification (accounting or legal)

- A proven history of managing and developing othe, developing business and acting autonomously

- Proven client management skills

- Above 7 yea' experience (including advisory) in a professional firm. Experience with Banks, Iurance and Securities Companies, Funds and Fund Manage will be an advantage

- Proven ability to develop and manage people effectively through leadehip, appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring of staff

- Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English
