Job Duties:

1. Assist clients, as a coultant, with safety / design problems during new product development and production stages.

2. Develop products testing services to eure the effective functioning.

3. Interact and communicate with custome, as a coultant, and evaluate toy related laboratory safety testing.

4. Provide technical and informative support to testing staff and respective superio.

5. Assistant in development and / or updating Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures, for new and upcoming standards and regulatio, and make recommendatio on possible changes.

6. Set up a technical library of (Internal Technical Bulletin) methodologies and procedures.

7. Standardize the method for different product categories.

8. Provide recommendatio to clients on safety and reliability of products during development stage.

9. Develop quality specificatio for clients to eure that toys comply with international safety requirements.

10. Help Customer Service / Sales & Marketing Manager deal with client inquiries and complaints and also give recommendation to clients.

11. Maintain intimate co-operation relatiohip with clients on technical issues relating to product safety.

Qualification:

1. Education：Bachelor or above

2. Relevant working experience or technical background for 5 yea or above, 2 yea above on management experience.

3. Be familiar with the relative standard requirement about the equipment, coumable and environment of test lab.

4. Be good at problem analyzing, solve and process improvement

5. Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpeonal skills.

6. Capability in organization.
