岗位职责：

-Control and arrange manufacturing operation for automotive antennas

-Assure that parts are produced in accordance with SOPs and quality requirements

-Resolve technical and manpower issues

-Plan layout of new manufacturing lines

-Lead work on evaluating manufacturing equipments and ordering of these in order to meet customer ramp and expaion.

-In other ways support the company business development and relatiohips.

任职要求：

-At least ten yea experience in manufacturing management with at least in five for automotive product manufacturing. Preferrable experienced with SMT, manufacturing of ESD seitive parts and experience of manufacturing of automotive parts for international OEMs as Tier 1.

-Able to work with divee team membe in China and oveeas.

-Able to multitask in a structured way.

-Strong see of respoibility and ownehip.

-Flexible to change project and business requirements.

-Applicable College or Univeity degree. Knowledge in English is preferred.
