PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Stand from Mech side, work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer's RD team, to eure success in long term business relation

MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATO

- Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement

- Evaluate custome original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer

- Make mechanical design for certain project

- Prepare ME sample, approval sheet, with PM/RF

- Work with RF/PM for all design documentation from ME side

- Proactively involve project activities for mechanical and general projects issue

- Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer

- Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non- design issue per reporter's arrangement

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Univeity or college degree major in Mech discipline

- At least 3 yea Mech design experience in mass production industry is preferable

- ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure, plastic and sheet metal design, basic knowledge of

tooling

- Work with team member with different individual natural

- Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way

- Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, innovation.
