职位描述:
Mainly Task:
Customer window to provide the 8D actio on time when 0 Km complaint happened from Customer line. Hold a meeting and lead the internal cross functional team to eure that containment actio and corrective actio are immediately and properly implemented.
Provide the analysis results/reports of warranty retur, field incidents to custome to clarify the root cause, reject false reject and feed back to customer to reduce the warranty cost.
Customer window and respoible for the new projects PPAP approval from custome.
Provide analysis results for 0Km & warranty retur due to the defect caused by Autoliv’s tier 2supplie.
Take the lead and pass the customer visits/audits like QSB audit, Ford Q1 audit. Provide the actio improvement to custome after the visits/audits. Report the big findings to management if necessary.
Work closely with quality failure analysis team to follow the 0Km, warranty analysis are properly analysed in a short time.
Work closely with supplier quality team to follow up the defects caused by Tier2 supplie.
Work closely with project team to track the projects status, make sure quality related tasks (Control plan, Dimeional report, PPAP,) have been finished.
Work closely with production quality, manufacturing team to drive the actio improvement for open issues found at customer side. Review the PFMEA; update the control plan if necessary.
Proactively work with each customer to close the open issues timely and reduce the big complai from the customer side.
Lead the internal team for 8D for improvement activities and document the official NCE (Non-conforming events) from customer side.
Statistical collection, follow up, monitoring and improvements programs.
Setup systemic documents of lesso learn from failure analysis.
Work with quality failure analysis team and troubleshooting failure parts on customer line or 4S shop.
Other duties that may be required by Quality manager or Quality supervisor.
Requirements:
Level (diploma) required:
Bachelor degree, preferably within electronics
Experience:
Minimum 4 yea experience within the Electronics Manufacturing, preferably within electronics, experience in SMT area, familiar with test analysis.
Good know-how about the Knowledge of Electrical diagram.
Well familiar with Automotive quality core tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC,FTA quality tools implement.
Strong knowledge in 8D method
Well experienced to lead-quality improvement programs
