岗位职责：

·Verification of itallation and preparation of engines in dynamometer, with all control devices and control mechanics, hydraulics and electronics.

负责发动机测功机的安装调试及验收工作；

·Check the setting of the engines on a dynamometer.

负责台架试验发动机相关参数设置状态的检查；

·Respoible for dyno and emission laboratory operation and maintenance management

负责测功机和排放实验室的运营及维护管理；

·Verification of emissio tests, applicatio and durability.

有效组织开展排放试验、性能开发、耐久性等试验工作；

·Monitor engine tests and data acquisition to make sure all the relevant information will be available.

负责监督发动机试验以便获取有效的试验数据及其他相关信息；

·Acquisition of equipment and materials.

负责试验设备及其他试验原材料的开发；

·Quality and work environmental safety.

负责对试验过程的质量与工作场所的安全性管理；

·The work arrangement of the lab team and the performance evaluation of the team.

负责对实验室工作人员的工作安排、考核及日常管理工作；

·Other authorize or assignments from Superior leade.

负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。

任职要求：

·Knowledge of Dyno tests, bench tests, engine itallation and itrumentation, mechanics, hydraulics and electronics controls, emissio bench, dyno and equipment calibration.

熟悉发动机的台架测试，排放测试等试验内容；

·Knowledge of engine test of emissio, performance, reliability standards.

熟悉发动机台架试验相关的排放、性能、可靠性标准;

·Has good experience and knowledge on testing trouble shooting, can effectively organize resource to address most of testing issues solving (mechanical & electrical).

在测试技术难题解决方面有很好的经验，可以有效的组织分配资源以解决测试中遇到的困难；

·Familiar with test equipment and facilities, implement performance/durability tests, and undetanding seo, itruments and gauges is preferred.

熟悉发动机测试仪器设备，性能测试及耐久性测试，了解传感器，设备以及测量仪器优先；

·Experience on dyno and emission laboratory operation and maintenance management

具有测功机和排放实验室运营及维护管理经验；

·Experience on Engine calibration and Engine and engine parts validation tests.

具有发动机标定、发动机及发动机零部件试验验证方面的经验；

·Especially in emission lab calibration and certification ISO 17025.

具有排放试验室认证经验的优先考虑

·Excellent communication skills and team player.

善于学习新技术知识;

EDUCATIOEXPERIENCE 教育背景与工作经验要求

·BS Degree in Engineering

工程类本科及以上学历；

·Good skills of English communication

具备良好的英语交流能力；

·Over 5 yea’ work experience and at least 3 yea’ experience in manufacturing

5年以上相关行业工作经验，至少3年在制造企业工作经验；
