ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作职责

?Dealing with daily operatio of systems, including but not limited to BAAN ERP/MES/DMS/Database

处理系统的 日常业务操作，包括但不限于企业资源规划系统（BAAN）、生产制造执行系统、经销商管理系统及数据库；

?Itall, maintain and upgrade server software

安装、维护和升级服务器软件；

?Provide server system management functio, including system monitoring, analysis, auditing, and upgrades

提供服务器的系统管理职能，包括系统监控、分析、审计和升级；

?Maintain documentation regarding system configuration, operating and troubleshooting procedures, and service records relating to system hardware and software

维护关于系统配置、操作、故障解决和与系统相关软硬件服务记录的文档；

?Manage all database backup and restore

管理所有数据库的备份和恢复；

?Obtain the best high-availability, failover and backup solutio.

确保系统稳定性，考虑故障切换和备用解决方案；

?System access user authorization management

系统登录用户的授权管理；

?Diagnose and resolve all system problems by efficient and good communication among out-sourcing coultants and corporate.

高效的诊断和解决所有系统问题，与外部的顾问和合作伙伴良好沟通。

EDUCATIOEXPERIENCE 教育背景与工作经验要求

?Bachelor or above in computer science and related scientific discipline

计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历；

?More than 3 yea experience as a System Administrator

3年以上的系统管理员工作经验；

?Experience of BAAN ERP system administrator will be priority.

从事过BAAN ERP系统管理工作者优先

专业知识：

?Experience in application system projects

应用系统项目经验

?Knowledge of database management, e.g. SQL serveOracle database

数据库管理知识，如 SQL ServeOracle 数据库

?Experience in coding

素质/能力：

?Knowledge and experience in the design, implement and maintenance of Linux/UNIX-based serve

具备设计、实施和维护基于Linux/UNIX的服务器知识和经验；

?Knowledge of scripting (UNIX Shell)

具备UNIX Shell脚本语言的知识；

?knowledge of Database (OracleQL ServeAccess)

对OralceQL ServeAccess 等数据库有一定的知识储备；

?knowledge of Internet technologies and concepts such as routing protocols, TCP and UDP and higher level protocols such as HTTP, SMTP and FTP

对TCP/UDP/HTTPMTP/FTP等协议都有认识和掌握；

?Flexibility and self learning, Innovative, Teamwork.

能够很快的适应环境，自我学习，富有创新精神和团队合作；

?Good interpeonal communication skills in English and Chinese.
