Job functio:

- Respoible for overall Operation of chemical and microbiology laboratory;

- Develop and implement strategies, policies, procedures and best practices to optimize the performance of the laboratory;

- Effectively manage Human, itrument and other resources to meet quality and TAT requirements on operation;

- Provdie technical and professional supporting to internal teams and external parties;

- Maintain an effective ISO 17025 compliant operation by planing and implementation of QA/QC and training activities in the lab;

- Propose, plan, monitor and evaluate new method and service development;

- Other duties assigned by top management.

Job Requirement :

- Master degree or above in analytical chemistry or related discipline;

- 10+ yea working experience in sizable testing laboratory, with minumum of 5 yeas in laboratory management and managerial

position;

- Knowledge in analytical methodology and itruments, such as GC-MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV and FTIR;

- Ability to lead and coach technical operation team;

- Knowledge and skill in ISO 17025 system and its application in daily operation;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is essential;

- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
