岗位职责:
? In charge of the recruitment task for the R&D center;
? Works with line manage to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
? Develops and maintai recruitment channels to eure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
? Sources qualified individuals from different channels;
? Scree resumes and conducts 1st interviews and assesses candidates;
? Prepares interview report and evaluation report;
? Shortlists candidates and recommends to hiring manage;
? Develops talent assessment tool and improves recruitment process;
? Provides hiring coultation to hiring manage;
? Prepares hiring report for management review;
? Other HR related respoibilities/projects once required.
任职资格:
? At least 3 to 5 yea recruiting experience in MNC; experience in search firms is a plus
? Fluent in English and Mandarin;
? Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability
? Good team work spirit, respect and value people;
? Excellent communication and interpeonal skills;
? Willing to take high initiative and extra respoibilities;
? Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
? Work independently and be patient under pressure
