GOAL

?Manage CTC Dongguan office and secure the activity in term of business development and technical operatio

?Pilot and lead the develop of our China waster water division (technical development, presentation to clients, development of the activity)

?Keep good and smooth communication with all contacts internally and externally to eure the good lab & office operation

?Take global technical and quality management respoibility

?Maintain and improve lab quality system

?Report to CTC Greater China Executive Director

MAIN ACTIVITIES

?Develop and guarantee the good management and running of CTC Dongguan company

?Respoible for CTC Dongguan phsyical and chemical laboratories

?Lead lab method development according to market needs

?Eure technical support to the commercial team

?Performance review for CTC DG staff

?Public relatiohip with official entity

?Deploy new service with commercial team

?Eure quality management system deployment in lab

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

?Fluent English and Chinese in writing and oral

?At least 5 yea of relevant and similar work experience, preferably in lab manager position

?Experience in waster water treatment / environment analysis

?Master degree or above, preferred major in chemical or environment background

?Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads such as project coordination and implementation

?Honest peon with good integrity nature, mature, endurable, respoible, & independent at work;

?Good interpeonal & communication skills
