Ocean Customer Service Support 海运客服
工作地点:广州市越秀区先烈中路69號东山广场23楼2307-2309室
- 熟悉物流/货代行业及运作。
- 良好的英语读写能力。(英语四级或以上)
- 个性成熟稳定,良好的沟通能力及技巧,具较高工作责任心及团队精神。
**无物流/货代相关行业经验者请勿扰。
Respoibilities:
- Monitoring daily operation to make sure SOP been followed
- Document verification
- All import documents will be checked to match data in system and match OD guideline
- Booking status follow up 21 days prior to ship date to eure on time booking
- Container utilization planning and monitoring
- Data integrity verification including item dimeion, G.W. verification with vendo and othe.
- Respoiveness to daily communication
- Hold weekly meeting with OD GSO to update both external issues and internal issues
- Seasonal PO follow up, including confirming cargo ready date and verifying booking status
- Correction action on re-occurring erro
- Proactive approach to communicate and resolve operatio problems
- Management level support for operational and strategic issues
- Internal training to undetand OD business requirement
- Support for OD new strategic initiatives
- 3PL system training and main contact window for Q&A
- Vendor performance improvement monthly or annual review and visit
- Ad-hoc report design and preparation
- Othe which are not included in above for business development
