-Respoible for seating Non-metal components sourcing, price analysis and negotiating with potential vendo. Year over year cost reduce and support plant requirements.

-Further develop existing supplie. Continuously improve supply quality and prices;

-Identify new potential supplie by visiting and evaluating companies, develops and updates commodity strategy, reviews new add/change supplie to eure a qualified, low cost, and strategically located supply base to support current and anticipated material requirements

-Develops strategy to achieve year over year saving target for related commodities, total cost management concepts required

-Leads related supplier management, participates in major supplier quality issue review

-Coordinates other departments’ and plants’ requirements

-BS/BA or equivalent experience.

-Requires over 5 yea working experience.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

-Advanced PC skills (spreadsheets, ERP) required

-HasNon metal / plastics components purchasing experience

-Automotive Purchasing experience required.

-Strong negotiation / communication skills

-Ability to work in a highly productive, cotantly changing environment

-International exposure preferred.
