职位描述:
1.Executive support
a. Assist to manager and coordinate operation and multi-function.
2. Administrative work and department support:
a. Assist in planning, scheduling, document and filing management.
b. Arrange and coordinate various meeting and events, take minutes and follow up action items.
Support in processing paper work, documentatio and requests submissio for the department and director, including invoices, purchase requests, payment requests, etc.
c. Arrange and coordinate internal and external visitor’s schedule.
d. Assist in support directo and department’s business travel related matte,
3. Internal and external Communicatio:
a. Arrange regular internal employee meetings and business review meeting, take and deliver meeting minutes, and prepare communication materials.
b. Assist with scheduling meeting and preparation of the material.
c. Prepare various reports and presentation materials.
4. Other Assignment:
a. Team work in company projects/activities;
b. Internal team backup;
c. Othe upon necessity.
