岗位职责:
Respoibilities:
1.负责公司总机接线,及时接转电话;
Awering incoming calls.
2.负责前台接待(包括快递、信件、报刊)以及访客接待;
Reception (mail, package, post), receive visito, .
3 负责办公用品及日用品的登记、保管及发放,及时提出采购计划申请;
Office daily supply purchase, storage, and registration.
4. 负责各部门的名片印制;
Arrange printing of business card, advertisement brochures.
5. 负责整个办公区域的办公环境管理;(物品摆放整齐、清理垃圾、纸杯、绿植管理等)
Office environment keeping, (Place stuff in order, coordinate with cleaner,maintain plants)
6. 负责整个办公区域的饮用水管理,保证饮用水的及时供应;
Drinking water supply keeping.
7 完成业务部门交办的其他辅助任务
Assist operatio staff when needed.
8. 熟练使用WORD和EXCEL软件,为经理准备报告
Proficient with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, prepare status reports for Manage
岗位要求:Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin reading, writing and speaking, at or above CET-4;
- 2 or above yea’ experience with trading business in China, having experience
- Very familiar with Word and Excel ;
- Working Experience in a WFOE or JV in China, European company will be preferable;
- A bachelor degree;
- Hands-on, initiative, high see of respoibility, accuracy and orientation to details are essential
