Position: Financial Manager

Main respoibilities:

- Keep accounting record at Chinese accounting software Kingdee;

- Recognize the sales and work out the relative working pape;

- Complete tax filling return and other regular filling return at different China authorities;

- Communicate with tax authority if needed;

- Perform cashier functio and staff reimbuement;

- Issue legal invoices to the clients if needed;

- Fill in and liaise with related staff of head office;

- Complete Financial Statement Reporting IF / Accounting local GAAP by month and send to CFO of the headquarter;

- Undetand the temporary and permanent differences;

- Prepare cash flow forecast on a monthly basis and budgeting one year’s P&L, BS, C/F Statement together with CEO;

- Assist General Manager and CFO & CEO of the headquarter on financing and investment, if any;

- Assist General Manager on HR works when necessary;

- Undertake other works assigned by General Manager or CFO & CEO of the headquarter

Location: Shanghai

Requirements:

- Fluent in English & Mandarin reading, writing and speaking, at or above CET-6;

- 5 or above yea’ experience with trading business in China, having experience on E-commerce business in China will be preferable;

- Main experience in international accounting/bookkeeping/reporting;

- Very familiar with Excel and preferably with a fit experience on Kingdee Accounting Software, Navision Experience and ERP Implementation;　　　　

- Working Experience in a WFOE or JV in China, European company will be preferable;

- Plus is additional experience in taxes in China;

- A bachelor degree in finance/accounting;

- Accounting Certificate on duty in China;

- Hands-on, initiative, high see of respoibility, accuracy and orientation to details are essential
