职位描述:
The Coordinator will be primarily providing administrative support to Director and Assistant Directo of Revenue Management Coolidated Center (RMCC). He / she will also be supporting the daily business operatio of the team.
Administration Support
- Manage the diary schedules, incoming and outgoing communicatio via phone and e-mails
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings
- Prepare and generate invoices for hotels
- Provide administrative support to the team
- On-boarding arrangements for new Team Membe
- Ad-hoc travel arrangements for visito
- Reconcile leave application reports and system records
- Assist with daily and monthly reporting (i.e. RMCC hotel boarding list, expee claims, etc)
Office and Facilities Management
- Manage office maintenance activities and purchase office supplies
- Direct, coordinate and plan essential services (i.e. security, maintenance, mail, cleaning, catering, etc)
Relatiohip Management
- The position will require that the individual establishes, enhances and maintai productive, quality working relatiohips with the Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Administration, Sales, Revenue Management and other regional teams
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Bachelor's Degree
- Attention to detail and follow up skills are necessary to successfully perform job functio
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests is a must
- Strong communication, time and relatiohip management skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese languages
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Self-motivated and driven
- Proactive and keen learner
- Excellent work ethics and integrity
