【Purpose and Summary of position】

Drive for business excellence on site with teams across functional resources.

1.Demotrate support for the vision of excellence in EHS and implement corresponding roles and respoibilities specified in “Celanese Employees and Leade EHS Roles and Respoibilities” matrix.

2.Develop a site-wide strategy and approach to process improvment deployment.

3.Promote six sigma culture changes in all process areas including but not limited to safety and quality by sharing best practices for introducing, driving and sustaining Leaix Sigma on site.

4.Actively engage in site operation and keep on collecting voice of custome both iide and outside of organization so as to identify processes for improvement. Effectively present information and respond to seitive inquiries.

5.Lead and administer process improvement activities while in compliance with all company and site policies and procedures. Support during project selection, scoping, delivery and reviewing to eure effective application of Leaix Sigma tools, and alignment with business vision and strategy.

6.Train and coach site peonnel on use of Process improvement tools, including Leaix Sigma. Coordinate Leaix Sigma certfication in compliance with site development plan.

7.Tracks and compiles the knowledge learnt across site for coistent trafer to individuals so as to delivering better business results.

8.Lead site productivity processes including but not limited to reviewing project status, organize braitorm sessio and push producitivity projects to its complition.

9.Lead site energy managerment system including but not limited to developing energy reduction strategy, tracking energy performance, and leading energy programs.

【Required Knowledgekills/Abilities】

1. Demotrate a proven track record of facilitating/implementing successful business excellence/Lean continuous improvement projects

2. Trained in process improvementix Sigma or LEAN Thinking

3. Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of duties with the ability to change tasks without a loss of productivity is required

4. Demotrated effective leadehip and team-building skills

5. Strong customer thinking mindset

6. Strong communication skills and English skills, both in written and verbal

【Desirable Knowledgekills/Abilities:】

1. Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and chemical processing principles highly preferred

2. Working knowledge of safety and environmental procedures highly preferred

3. Certification in a Continuous Improvement discipline highly preferred, including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean and TQM

4. Experience with project management and statistical software highly preferred

5. Ability to motivate, ipire and influcence large membe of people prefered

6. Shall be able to coach effectively at all levels within the organization

7. Proven track record of exceeding setting results prefered

【Required Exp & Education】

1. Minimum 3 yea of Business Excellence, Process Excellence and/or related experience.

2. Minimum 5 yea working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemicals industry required.

3. Required Education: Bachelor Degree required; preferably in Science or Engineering discipline.
