Key Job Respoibilities

? Demotrate support for the vision of excellence in EHS and implement corresponding roles and respoibilities specified in “Celanese Employees and Leade EHS Roles and Respoibilities” matrix;

? Participates in a team-based unit support group to review and improve unit operatio;

? Participates in incident investigatio, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Management of Change (MOC), to maintain and improve process safety performance;

? Acts as a liaison between management and shift peonnel to improve communicatio and increase involvement of the shifts in decision-making processes;

? Effective communicatio, human relation and organizational skills to work effectively with team/workgroup or those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals;

? Possesses strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and appropriate decision making abilities;

? Setting high goals or standards of performance for self, staff worke, othe and the organization.

Required Knowledgekills/Abilities

? Basic undetanding of chemical knowledge and hands on experience

? Good safety awareness

? Ability to handle multitask and multiple simultaneous assignments

? Quick learner and good at problem solving

Required Experience

? More than 3 yea working experience in Chemical manufacturing or engineering;

? Facilitating the development of othe’ knowledge and skills; providing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach goals;

? Undetanding othe and puue continuous improvement

Required Education

? Bachelor or above (Chemistry or related specialties)
