主要职责：评估并掌握与公司业务、产品和借款人相关的风险对汽车经销商进行财务分析并评估信贷结构和相应的抵押物保证严格的风险控制，基于风险评估或风险环境的改变制定相关的风险政策通过信贷质量恶化的早期预警机制监督信贷质量；确保及时纠正安全缺陷并执行积极的行动负责高风险经销商的管理流程，通过跨部门协调来控制风险与跨职能部门协作，保证高标准的风险控制，并制定相关风险政策评估公司的经营风险，推动纠正行动开发评分卡并引导实施协助经理布置的各项临时任务

岗位要求：大学本科以上学历，获得过运营/金融/财务相关的培训， 有MBA或是有海外留学经历将被优先考虑至少有三年在银行、金融机构、跨国企业从事信贷分析的工作经验深入的信贷评估、财务分析技巧和卓越的调研能力深入了解中国经济、政治和业务环境深入掌握中国汽车业和汽车市场优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，具有较强的独立谈判技巧优秀的学习态度/能力，愿意在压力下努力工作，并积极提高自我优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力熟练的电脑技巧，并具分析意识
