POSITION TITLE: Manager Business Development Iurance

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Manager Business Development will be respoible for supporting the President of Dongfeng Nissan Auto Finance by developing new products and iurance schemes for Chinese deale and for evaluating new business opportunities and adjusting / enhancing existing business models with financial analysis.
MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES:
GeneralShould have strong undetanding of the Extended Warranty (EW) business and car-related iurance products (Motor Iurance, GAP,etc.), specifically should have or be able to develop undetanding of EW and car-related iurance contracts, pricing, loss estimatio Develop and negotiate iurance or reiurance schemes and manage relatiohips to iureAlign iurance strategy and product launches with Nissan Global Reiurance, Ltd.
Product DevelopmentCoordinate, manage and oveee all product development for the most appropriate product portfolio and product set-upOveee the development, modification, review, and implementation of products and pricingReview and Establish Policies and Procedures for product development and pricing in collaboration with the actuarial function at NGReCoordinate a competitive product benchmarking to other auto manufacture in ChinaMonitor the performance of existing products and initiate countermeasures if performance is not at agreed level
Business DevelopmentDevelop ideas how to increase penetration of existing products Coordinate newproduct launches in ChinaCoult DFL and NCICin growing the iurance products’ portfolio and penetrationExpanding the existing products regarding terms and coverage
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business development with a strong financial background required; MBA preferred5+ yea of Extended Warranty, Motor Iurance, or related products experience, preferably within the auto industryBroad business see with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skillsExcellent interpeonal, presentation and communication skills Self starter with the ability to function without supervision; ability to prioritize, and manage multiple assignmentsAbility to analyze and interpret government laws, regulatio, rulings, and court decisio.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and deliver upon multiple tasks/projects within a metrics-driven environment.

职位要求
学士学位,商业开发方向,具有财务相关背景;MBA学历 优先5年 以上延保业务、汽车保险或其他相关产品工作经验,汽车行业优先广泛的商业敏感度,具有较强的分析,解决问题和决策的技能良好的人际关系,表达及沟通技巧主动性强,能够在与无监督的的情况下工作;具备划分任务优先级和管理多个任务的能力能够分析和解读政府的法律,法规和法院的判决,裁定等具备优秀的组织能力,能够在以度量驱动环境下管理和实现多个任务/项目
