根据公司内部现场审计政策，负责现场盘点库存融资车辆，查验车辆状况以及付款记录，包括对第三方驻店监管员的审计，记录盘点结果、要求真实、及时、完成、汇报经销商对融资车辆的使用状况及其他违反规定的行为。 并负责汇报经销商的运营、管理、等有价值信息。

岗位职责：

现场审计

- 根据盘点计划对融资车辆进行现场盘点、查验车辆状况及付款记录，记录盘点结果，汇总经销商盘点报告

- 调查审计违规原因并及时反馈，能够确保反馈信息的真实、及时、完整

- 负责对第三方驻店监管员面试、培训、审计工作，

- 月度审计会议对融资车辆的审计情况及经销商的还款情况进行分析总结

- 完成经理及主管委派的其他工作任务

浮动产抵押

- 查询属地工商局地址、经办员、经办政策等信息、办理动产抵押登记。

- 根据工商局要求整改抵押材料，负责抵押材料的合规、完整性。

经销商培训

- 负责培训经销商，针对部门制定的新产品及新政策。

- 解答经销商对库存审计的问题，经销商能严格按我公司政策进行融资车辆使用与管理

高风险经销商现场处置

- 负责识别高风险经销商并向相关部门通报风险情况，了解违规原因

- 必要时现场控制车辆及相关配件进行有效催确保收及时回笼信贷资金

- 执行风险管理委员会批复的行动方案

岗位要求：

- 金融或经济专业大专学历或以上，英语四级或以上

- Describe the requirements for past job experience, and/or management experience (if applicable). 3年或以上相关行业工作经验， 熟悉汽车金融和银行业相关知识

- 熟悉库存业务流程与汽车经销商业务流程

- 敏锐的风险防范意识，良好的判断、沟通应变能力

- 为人诚信道德品德良好，能够独立开展工作，愿意经常出差

- 熟练的办公自动化使用技能

Position: Field Auditor, Floor Plan

Summary:

According to the policy of our company field audit, the respoibility of the position is to check the loan car inventory, the condition of the car and the payment records. Including the audit of the third-party supervisor, then record the results, which need to be true, timely and complete reflecting the dealer’s condition and other violation behavio. Be in charge of reporting the useful information of the deale, such as operation, management and so on.

Job Respoibilities:

Field Audit

- According to the plan of the count field inventory, check the condition and payment records on the loan car, record the check results, summary the dealer inventory reports.

- Look into the violation reaso and timely feedback the results, eure the feedback be true, timely and complete.

- Be in charge of the interview, training and audit of the third-party superviso.

- Analyze and summary the audit results and dealer’s payment conditio on the monthly meeting.

- Complete other tasks assigned by manager and supervisor.

Floating Chattel Mortgage

- Inquiry the industrial and commercial bureau address and the information about the relevant peon and policy, handle the registration of chattel mortgage.

- Rectification the chattel mortgage materials according to the industrial and commercial bureau, be in charge of compliance and integrity about the chattel mortgage materials.

Dealer Training

- Be in charge of the dealer training, formulate the new products and policies for the given departments.

- Awer the audit questio proposed by deale, and the deale can operate and manage the financial car in strict accordance with our company policy.

Field Disposition of High Risk Dealer

- Be in charge of identifying high risk dealer and reporting the risk condition to relevant department, look into the violation reaso.

- Control the car and accessories on site, then effective collection and eure the withdrawal of the credit funds when necessary.

- Carry out the plan approved by risk management committee.

Job Requirement:

- Major in finance or economy, college degree or above, CET-4 or above

- Relevant job experience for 3 yea or above, is familiar with automobile finance and bank knowledge.

- Be familiar with floor plan process and dealer business process.

- A keen awareness of risk prevention, good judgments and communication skills.

- Integrity, good moral character, is able to work independent and willing to travel frequently.

- Be skillful with office software.
