?Support sub-components management

?Take the lead of ECN for mass production projects

能协调其他部门完成量产项目的工程变更

?Support tooling maintenance team to Define preventive maintenance plan for tooling, fixtures and assembly devices

为模修组制定模具、工装以及托架的维修保养计划

?Respoible for new material development, new process introduction

负责新材料开发、新工艺试制

?Respoible for maintain and update PFMEA

负责维护和更新PFMEA

?Define work itructio and training operato to follow the standardized work

定义操作指导书并培训操作工以遵守标准化作业

?Assist to finish other tasks from manager

协助完成上级交代的其他工作

?Participate the training arranged by company;

参加公司安排的培训和指导；

?Other assignments as required by the manager.
