Job respoibilities岗位职责:

1.Respoible for testing devices maintenance， special for CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine).

负责试验设备的日常维护，尤其本岗位必须具备三坐标量测仪器相关工作经验；

2.Respoible for collect and summarise the test plan, and report the test result truthfully to direct leader;

负责收集和汇总实验计划，并如实报告直属领导实验结果；

3.Respoible for test expee control.

负责试验成本控制;

7.Respoible for training to the Incoming Material Ipector.

负责对来料检验员的培训

8.Respoible for updating and collecting test standard from customer, eure the test be done in good condition;

负责更新和收集客户要求的实验标准，确保实验在规范条件下进行；

9.Assist to finish the test needed from the quality issue

协助完成突发质量问题相关的实验;

10.Respoible for maintaining good relatiohip with customer labs

和项目质量工程师一起与客户实验室建立良好合作关系;

11.Make and explain the test report;

出具并讲解实验报告；

12.Respoible for communicating with the out source labs

主导并负责与第三方实验室的联系和沟通;

12.Assist to finish other tasks from manager

协助完成上级交代的其他工作;

Job Requirements岗位任职资格:

1.Perfect education is undergraduate or above，minimum technological academy

专科以上学历,本科学历***.

2.Be qualified to work until been given the safety training from the plant

经过厂级安全教育培训后方能上岗.

3.At least 2 yea of quality work experience and know knowledge about 8D report

至少有5年以上的质量工作经验，了解8D报告理论.

4.Be familiar with SPC and PPAP and FAMER and MSA and so on, special for familiar with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

熟悉质量工具尤其是三坐标量测仪器，SPC、PPAP、FAMER 、MSA等.

5.Once worked as a quality engineer in the injection molding industry or metal industry or electronics industry

曾经在注塑行业，金属行业，或电子行业做过质量工程师工作.

6.Can write the email in English and communicate with our custome

能够用英语进行写邮件，并与客户进行邮件沟通.

7.Can cooperate with other quality enginee

有团队精神，能够与质量团队中其他人和平相处

8.Be familiar with ISO 9000 or TS16949

熟悉ISO9000或TS16949体系标准
