Job Respoibility:

1. Conducts tests on samples according to standard requirements, work itructio and equipment usage manual.

2. Evaluates test performance, provides feedback regarding issues or problems with test and data sheets and reviews test and cotruction data with supervisor or enginee as appropriate.

3. Supports Lab Manageupervisor on new testing capability build up, be familiar with testing standard, work itructio etc.

4. Operates designated machines and laboratory special equipment, records observed and calculated data on testing datasheet.

5. Communicates with the enginee or appropriate department peonnel to offer suggestio pertinent to equipment needs.

6. Pla tests, evaluates test results and reports self-opinio and interpretatio.

7. Provides training and assist othe in the laboratory.

8. Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.

9. Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or college diploma, major in Material or Chemistry related discipline.

2. Good English skills in reading and writing. CET 4.

3. Good communication and collaboration skills.

4. Related working experiences in lab with material testing is preferred.
