Description :

The role of a Commodity Buyer is to structure the building of a supplier panel for one or more commodities and eure the overall productivity of the panel. The main missio of the role are to:

？Structure the building of the panel: participate in the definition and the implementation of the purchasing panel policy for assigned commodities, manage supplier selection according to Group criteria

？Panel management: eure a regular follow-up of the supplier performance in relation with the Supplier Quality Assurance Manager and implement a supplier's reduction plan coistent with Divisio and in coordination with the Business Groups

？Manage the global supplie productivity in relation with plant buye

？Develop and implement tools to improve global productivity

？Negotiate and implement general agreements with the main supplie

？Eure the utilisation of the panel by program and plant buye

？Eure the reporting of his or her activities following defined policies

Qualificatio :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

？Maste degree in engineering with a specialisation in international purchasing

？Minimum 3 yea experience as a Commodity Buyer in an industrial environment

？Results orientation with strong written and oral communicatio skills

？Ability to work in a matrixed organisation

？International mind set, oveeas experience a plus

？Bi/multi-lingual (English required)
