?Manager different kind of events logistics in partner’s account portfolio.
?Corporate with Conference & Catering Partner to organize the events run down and developing customer relatiohip.
?Monitoring the conference & meeting group operation process and perform up selling.
?Attending hotel corporate parties and social gatherings actively.
?Presenting weekly sales report on time as requested.
?Respoible for sending proposals, contracts & thank you letter to clients.
?Follow up all quotatio within departmental standards and maintai an acceptable conveion rate for quotes.
?Maintain an excellent and clear communication between departments for client functio.
?Attending departmental daily morning briefing.
?All requests will be awered within 24 hou as per Hilton Standards.
?Entertaining client regularly.
?Eures that Conference/Meeting/Catering reports and trace systems are utilised to generate business and client history is maintained with appropriate follow up.  Eure the weekly Function sheets and group information sheet is completed by the team.
?Meets with or liaises with clients to discuss all aspects of their business requirements, using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques when possible to eure maximisation of revenue.
?Fulfill the job of C Conference & Catering Partner during their absence.
?In charge of in house show around.
?Meet and great the guests in house.
