职位描述:
工作职责:
1, is respoible for recruiting, interviewing foreign employees;
2, finishing expatriate related files, contracts, and other documentation;
3, to assist with the entry of foreign worke (invitatio, passports, work visas, employment permits, documents for experts);
4, respoible for the departure of foreign worke, probation, positive, trafer, promotion, etc. Formalities;
5 to assist organizatio to implement and follow up the new arrangements for expatriate staff training coues;
6. Complete other matte assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
1、负责招聘、面试外籍员工;
2、整理外籍员工的相关档案、合同、及其他文档资料;
3、协助办理外籍员工入职(邀请函、护照、工作签证、就业证、专家证件的办理);
4、负责外籍员工的入离职、试用、转正、调动、晋级等手续的办理;
5、协助组织安排外籍新员工的培训课程的落实与跟进;
6、完成人力资源总监交办的其他事宜。
任职资格:
Educational Background:__ Bachelor’____ or above(Bachelor’s and Master’s.)
(教育背景:_本科_以上(包括:本科、硕士等)。
Yea of Working: _2_ yea or above
(工作年限:_2_年或以上)
1、BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
2、Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; good Chinese oral and written skills;
