职位描述:
工作职责:
1. Be respoible for foreign employee recruitment
2. Be respoible for foreign employee management, including archive, contact etc.
3. Be respoible for foreign employee induction, including invitation letter, passport, work visa, work certificate, expert certificate etc.
4. Be respoible for foreign employees' entry and departure process, probation, confirmation of probation, traformation, promotion etc.
5. Be respoible for training management of foreign employee
6. Accomplish other affai assigned by HRD
任职资格:
Education background: bachelor degree or above (including: bachelor master, etc.)
2 yea or above work experience
1、The recruitment is only for foreigner
2、HR related
3、Good English verbal and written communication skills, good oral and written skills in Chinese
