1.本科学历或更高，网页设计、平面设计或相关专业。

2. 2年以上工作经验，有相关网页设计作品。

True Digital Plus (TDP) is looking for a rockstar Graphic Designer who has a divee set of skills and experience in online advertising promotio, marketing campaig, display ads, emails, and some production work (such as game icon, the store scree etc.)

Ideal candidate excels at delivering high-quality, thoughtful work that integrates marketing concepts and takes an artistic approach to their craft.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses honed visual communicatiocommercial art itincts, speed, and expert software (Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator) proficiency to develop ad units that attract and convert new usecustome

Is quick to providing multiple new and fresh layout/design iteratio that are informed by and complement existing art and design styles inherent to our individual products

Is fast, efficient, has a keen eye for layout and an ability to quickly create polished, eye-catching executio

Is a team player who can take direction and execute agait it with little assistance as well as work independently to generate new advertising campaig.

This role requires a fast-paced /short order cook/ style of designer focused on creating a high volume of quality user acquisition advertising and live operatio creative work for TDP games, as well as some production work

Required Skills:

Expert in Adobe Photoshop

Expert in Adobe Illustrator

Excellent undetanding of color, layout/composition and typography

The ability to handle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Retouching/digital painting

Thorough knowledge and undetanding of html a plus

Proficiency with flash animation and production a plus

Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects a plus

Copywriting experience a plus

Recommended:

Bachelor's degree or higher in web design, graphic design or related field
