Role Description

Assist operatio Director to monitor activities for ongoing/under developing Florentia Village outlets in Shanghai/TianjiFosha(Chengdu/WuhaTBD)

Key Respoibilities

Information collection from centre departments and analysis

Assist operatio director to preparation report & presentation.

Assist operatio manager to follow up particular operation cases

Prepare and follow up internal approval process

Information searching and analysis

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor degree of Engineering with more than 5 yea working experience

Experienced from commercial real-estate developer, agency, or operator is preferred

Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Analysis skills on data

IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD

Able to travel or work in any centre for short period

Board experiences in the Asset Management, Property Management and Retail Coordination Experiences.

Detailed experience in integrating divee requirements in projects with multiple stakeholde.

Selective procurement experiences on selection of Vendo and Tende.

Strategic planning capability.

Detailed undetanding of integration of commercial, operating and development principles

Knowledge in asset management, budgeting and finance, and establish operating system.
