职位描述:
MAIN DUTIES
?Develop product brief, line plan, and pricing strategy with local coumer and market iights to eure the success in both business and brand.
?Work with Product Director to develop business pla and seasonal key initiatives to drive the business performance and to eure the business KPI including, revenue, amount, margin and etc. are achieved.
?Conduct seasonal assortment guideline and plan to support wholesale partner and NB owned retail stores
? Conduct seasonal business review to undetand the business iights and to identify the opportunities for future seaso.
?Work together with cross-functional team to eure the seasonal key initiatives are aligned and executed seamlessly to eure smooth go to market.
?Conduct sell through analysis and regularly monitor the inventory level, working with sales team to develop action pla
?Work with regional design center and regional merchandising team closely to deliver the product that meets the China coumer needs and support the apparel growth.
REQUIREMENTS
?Bachelor degree required and advanced degree.
?At least 8 yea working experiences in sports or apparel industry in product merchandising or product management roles in apparel function.
?Strong iights and undetanding for fashion and sports industry trends, coumer, China sports and apparel retail landscape.
?Effective communication skills with cross-functional team in China market and the product development engine in WHQ.
?Fluent in English writing and speaking.
?Strong data analysis skills and presentation skills..
?Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
?Integrity and earnest. Can work independently under high pressure
