工作内容：

1. Respoible for projects from concept design to mass production, including concept configuration, detailed design, tolerance analysis, FMEA review, prototype, pilot run, product validation;

2. Visit custome with sales to undetand actual applicatio, work with custome to specify product spec, provide professional advices and come up with appropriate proposals to fit the applicatio;

3. Handle engineering documents including drawing, FA, test report, product specification;

4. Troubleshoot problems occur in production, get involved in problem analysis and quality improvement;

5. Manage multi projects efficiently, keep eyes on every detail and push projects to move on. Timely report project status to the management and team.

工作要求：

1.Strong communication, negotiation skills.

2.Accurate, organized and self-motivated.

3.Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Putonghua.

4.Skilled CAM software user (AUTOCAD, PRO/E or other equivalent software).

5.Familiar with cable industrial standard (SAS3.0,SFF,SFP,QSFP,IEEE802.3,IBTA...etc).

工作经验：

1.Minimum 3 yea product design experience (5 yea is an advantage) in cable assembly manufacturer, with product knowledge of connecto.

2.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electric/electronics.
